At Risk Students and Intervention Strategies
Small Group Interventions: This year I tutored students during school hours using small-group interventions. I grouped students based on their reading level and provided various materials including books and manipulatives to improve their reading skills.
After School Tutorials: I provided After school tutorials for my second grade students 3 days a week from 3:30-5:00 p.m.
TAKS Tutorials: I assisted Mrs. Guevara's 4th grade students every other Wednesday in math from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
